The International Crimes Tribunal-1 (ICT-1) today set October 15 as the deadline for submitting the probe report in a crimes against humanity case against 45 former ministers, advisers, secretaries, and others over their alleged role during the July-August Mass Uprising.
The tribunal, led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder, passed the order after granting the prosecution`s time plea.
Chief Prosecutor Muhammad Tajul Islam appeared for the hearing.
Among the accused present in court were Anisul Huq, Faruk Khan, Dr Dipu Moni, Abdur Razzaque, Rashed Khan Menon, and others.
The ICT earlier issued arrest warrants against 45 individuals, including Obaidul Quader, on October 17.
