Modi regime seizes another civilian property in IIOJK
  Date : 18-05-2024

Online Desk: India’s Modi regime has seized a land parcel belonging to a civilian in Baramulla district of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the property, identified as six kanals and ten marlas, is linked to Adrees Ahmad Mir.
Interestingly, the judiciary has colluded with the regime in the seizure of the properties of Kashmiri people, as in this case too, the police obtained a court order for the seizure.
This action marks the latest in a series of property attachments targeting Kashmiri people for being associated with the pro-freedom movement. So far this year, the police have seized land belonging to 11 people in Baramulla district alone.
