DU refutes claim of irregular appointment

Authorities at Dhaka University (DU) firmly denied allegations published in a national daily regarding improper staff appointments. Vice-Chancellor`s office issued press release, on Sunday, signed by Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Acting Director of Public Relations against report titled "Dhaka University VC Appoints Favourite Candidate Without Circular", claiming "false, intentional and misleading".
