Asif Mahmud visits Nurul Haque at hospital
  Date : 31-08-2025

Adviser Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan today (August 31) inquired about the health condition of Gono Odhikar Parishad President Nurul Haque Nur following the recent attack on him.

Speaking to reporters afterwards, the adviser alleged that leaders of the July mass uprising were being targeted in a bid to protect pro-fascist forces.

He said the Jatiya Party has already proven itself to be a fascist force through activities such as legitimizing the previous “illegal parliament.”

“The brutal attack on Nurul Haque was carried out as part of a conspiracy to bring back the Awami League through the Jatiya Party,” he added.

The adviser also reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring justice for the attack and to guaranteeing advanced medical treatment for Nurul Haque Nur.
