Special Correspondent: President of the traditional political party Bangladesh Muslim League, Advocate Md. Mohsin Rashid and Secretary General Kazi Abul Khair, have strongly condemned and protested against this barbarity, calling the US airstrike on Iran a sign of World War III and a declaration of the UN as ineffective.

In a joint statement on Sunday, the leaders said that the US airstrike on Iran at a time when Iran is engaged in self-defense against the poisonous Israeli attack on the world map and causing casualties to innocent Muslims will remain an example of the most heinous barbarity in history. This senseless incident is practically a declaration of joint war by Israel and the US against Iran. The US has shown its thumb to international law, UN policies, global norms, and civilization in this incident.

If world leaders do not unite and protest against such injustices, the UN-centered world order will prove ineffective and lead to World War III. The two leaders called on Muslim countries to unite to address this situation, as Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya, and Syria are repeatedly being targeted.
