  PSTC organized a cultural program at PSTC Training Complex

Special Correspondent: Population Services and Training Center (PSTC) Goal Project organized a cultural program at PSTC Training Complex, Master Bari, Gazipur, with the participation of adolescent girls, along with sports, quiz competitions. At the end of the program, prizes were distributed and sanitary napkins were distributed to adolescent girls on the occasion of Menstrual Health Management Day on 28th May, 2025.

The main slogan of this year`s Women`s Menstrual Health Management Day was "Unity for a Period-Friendly World". In this context, Project Manager Mahmuda Nasrin said, - For the awareness of adolescent girls, every family member should be made aware that menstruation is not a taboo subject, both men and women should be aware of this. Gazipur Social Services Department Social Services Officer Md. Mobarak Hossain said, "It is not enough for you to protect yourself, it is your responsibility as a representative to send this message to everyone." Also present at the event were Goal Project Field Officer Ismat Ara Khan, Project Associate Sirajum Monir Shimu, Shyamoli Akter, and school teachers along with adolescent girls.
