Launch of LABAID Al by Visionary Sakif Shamim; Making History in the World Health Technology

The LABAID Group`s new concern, `LABAID AI,` began its journey today, September 7, 2025, with the aim of bringing a significant transformation to the country`s healthcare sector. This initiative will help ensure easier and faster medical treatment in the country with the aid of Artificial Intelligence (AI). LABAID Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Center, one of the country`s pioneering institutions, officially inaugurated `LABAID Al` to simplify patient service and enhance the capabilities of doctors. Through this endeavor, Bangladesh`s health technology has entered a new era, aiming to deliver healthcare to people by combining human empathy with the intelligence of Al.

LABAID Al`s historic journey features two groundbreaking solutions as its main attractions:

LABAID-GPT for physicians and the all-purpose Al Assistant, LUNA.

LABAID-GPT, introduced by LABAID Al, is a cutting-edge digital assistant created for doctors. It can analyze international treatment guidelines and numerous clinical data points to provide physicians with fast, evidence-based results. When diagnosing difficult diseases, LABAID-GPT will simplify the decision-making process for doctors by offering accurate information, addressing the hesitation or doubt that often arises. This technology will reduce the time required for diagnosis, which will directly bring significant benefits to patients. Through this, LABAID Al aims to ensure that no patient suffers due to incorrect diagnosis or a lack of necessary information. LABAID-GPT will make doctors` work easier and save their valuable time so they can focus more on patient care. Additionally, patients will also receive appropriate benefits at crucial times by using LABAID-GPT.

On the other hand, LUNA, another revolutionary innovation by LABAID Al, is a rare undertaking in the history of the greater South Asian region. It is a multi-domain Al chatbot and personal assistant that is not limited to medical services. LUNA`s most appealing feature is its ability to operate in eight different roles simultaneously. LUNA will help you complete your work by assuming roles such as a nurse, a doctor`s assistant, a banker, a corporate specialist, or a lawyer. For instance, as a doctor`s assistant, LUNA will explain prescription information, and as a banker, it will answer financial questions. This innovative step certainly makes it the world`s first company to introduce such a multi-domain and character-based Al assistant. Through LUNA, essential information and advice for personal or professional life are now easily accessible.

The young generation`s pathfinder and inspiration, inventor, successful entrepreneur, and head of LABAID, Mr. Sakif Shamim, Managing Director of LABAID Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Center, is the visionary behind this historic innovation. His contribution to the country`s healthcare sector is far-reaching. He established Bangladesh`s first dedicated cancer hospital, the LABAID Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Center, which newly defined this difficult aspect of medical care. At the same time, he founded the telemedicine service Lifeplus
[1:59 pm, 08/10/2025] timasum15: Bangladesh to ensure healthcare from home. Mr. Sakif Shamim`s most glorious and unique achievement is that he is the first person in the greater South Asian region to elevate the use of Al in the healthcare sector to this unprecedented level. LABAID AI, launched with eight patents, has secured a rare position not just in the South Asian region but globally, and this vast innovative achievement has created new history even before LABAID Al`s journey began. M?. Shamim`s visionary leadership is showing the way to upgrade Bangladesh`s medical technology to international standards.

Mr. Sakif Shamim, Managing Director of LABAID Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Center, expressed his firm commitment at this historic moment, saying, "Our goal is very simple. We want to use advanced technology to ensure easy access to quality medical care for people. Through LUNA and LABAID-GPT, we want to make doctors even stronger so they can provide fast and accurate service. On the other hand, patients receiving healthcare will also benefit by receiving very quick solutions to all types of disease-related problems, including their prescription information and all necessary explanations. This is just the beginning; our main objective is to build the future of healthcare for the people of Bangladesh".
