Yunus to meet police officials on law and order today

Chief Adviser to the interim government, Dr Muhammad Yunus, will hold a special meeting with 127 senior police officials on Monday to discuss the law-and-order situation in the country. During the meeting, he will provide important guidelines on maintaining law and order.

The Deputy Press Secretary of the Chief Adviser, Abul Kalam Azad Majumder, confirmed the meeting during a press briefing at the Foreign Service Academy on Bailey Road in the capital on Sunday.

Abul Kalam Azad Majumder further stated that Dr Yunus will meet with the senior police officials to discuss the country`s law and order situation and provide necessary guidance.
