(BSS)- Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman Professor Dr SMA Faiz has called for building a new Bangladesh free from discrimination in line with the spirit of July Uprising.

"The positive change of every citizen is essential for building a new Bangladesh. Change in society is possible through individual changes," he said while speaking as the chief guest at a discussion titled `July-beyond boundaries` in the city.

The meeting was organized by the Bangladesh Consulate General, HongKong, on Thursday.
