Kamrul Hasan: BNP Chairperson`s Advisory Board member and Manikganj District BNP convener Afroza Khanam Rita has commented that the allies of fascism who are conspiring to destroy freedom, democracy and the success achieved in the BNP-student-people`s uprising on July 24 will not be spared in any way.

She made these comments on Friday (August 1) afternoon, on the occasion of the 8th death anniversary of the late Harunar Rashid Khan Munnu, a prominent politician and former minister,
while exchanging views with party leaders, activists, supporters, general voters and locals after placing wreaths at the family grave in Giland Munnu City and completing the Quran Khatam, Milad and Doa Mahfil.
At that time, District BNP Convening Committee Member SA Jinnah Kabir, Advocate Azad Hossain Khan, Advocate A.F.M. Nurtaz Alam Bahar PP, Satyan Kanti Pandit Bhajan, Golam Abedin Kaiser, S.M.M. Iqbal Hossain, Nasir Uddin Ahmed Jadu, Abdus Salam Badal, Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Habu, Advocate Arif Hossain Liton, Kazi Mostak Hossain Dipu, Tuhinur Rahman Tuhin, Ziauddin Ahmed Kabir, District Jubo Dal Joint Convener Mohammad Masud Parvez, Mostafizur Rahman Prince, District Volunteer Dal Convener Advocate Jinnah Khan, District Sramik Dal President Abdul Quader, District Mohila Dal President Sabiha Habib, District Chhatra Dal President Abdul Khalek Shuvo, General Secretary Sirajur Rahman Khan Sajeeb, BNP and all its members were present. Leading figures of the organization were present.
BNP leader and Manikganj district convener Rita, while reminiscing about her father, said, "He was a symbol of honesty and an uncompromising leader. His philosophy of life is the inspiration for my path. He never condoned injustice and did not misuse power."
She said, the country is in a state of crisis today. She presented the ideology that elections are the only correct and beneficial solution.
This leader also said, "Fascist Hasina`s banned Awami League has started to raise its head. They are creating anarchy across the country to disturb public life through various sabotage schemes. These evil forces are never beneficial for the country and the nation. A united public opinion must be built to resist these evil forces."
He said that to ensure the victory of the rice sheaf in every constituency of Manikganj, known as the base of BNP, BNP Acting Chairman Deshnayak Tarique Rahman advised to forget all differences and work unitedly to further strengthen the organizational structure, including implementing the 31-point campaign announced by the party leader Tarique Rahman.
Earlier, leaders and activists of the district BNP and all its affiliated organizations paid tribute by placing wreaths at the tomb of the deceased, along with his grandson Rashid Maimunul Islam, Managing Director of Munnu Ceramics, Engineer Rashid Samiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director of Munnu Fabrics Limited, and officials of various organizations of the Munnu Group. As part of the day-long event, free treatment and special concessional services were provided at Munnu Medical College Hospital.
At the end of the mahfil, special prayers were offered for the forgiveness of the deceased`s soul, for the good health and longevity of the leader Begum Khaleda Zia, and for the welfare of the country.
Later, a discussion meeting and prayer meeting were organized at the party office organized by the district BNP.
