ECNEC meeting begins

Online Report : The 11th meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) for fiscal year 2024–25 has commenced.

The meeting began on Saturday morning at National Economic Council (NEC) Conference Room at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in Dhaka, under the chairmanship of Chief Adviser Prof Dr. Muhammad Yunus.

Other members of the advisory council are also present in the meeting.

According to sources from Planning Ministry, 10 projects (both new and revised) have been presented for approval at today’s meeting.

It was announced beforehand that there will be no press briefing after today’s ECNEC meeting.
