3 killed as truck hits easy bike in Khulna

Online Report : Three passengers of an easy bike were killed and three others were seriously injured after being hit by a truck in Dumuria upazila of Khulna.

The accident occurred around 8:30 am on Monday (August 25).

The identities of the victims were not immediately known. Upon receiving the news, police and fire service personnel rushed to the spot and began rescue operations.


According to the Fire Service, two passengers of the easy bike died on the spot after being hit by the truck. A unit from Dumuria Fire Service reached the scene at 8:42 am. The injured were later rescued and sent to the hospital for treatment.

Dumuria Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Masud Rana confirmed the matter.
