  SSC, equivalent exam results on July 10

The results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations will be published on July 10, according to the Dhaka Education Board.

An official of the board confirmed the date on Monday, saying, “We had initially proposed to release the results between July 10 and 13. The Ministry of Education has approved July 10 as the official date.”

The SSC and equivalent exams began on April 10, with theoretical exams concluding on May 8. However, following a revised schedule, the exams ended on May 13.

The SSC and equivalent examinations for this year have started simultaneously at more than 3,000 centers across the country. A total of 19,928,181 students from 11 education boards are participating in the exam.

This year, under the nine general education boards, 701,538 male students and 788,604 female students are participating in the SSC exams. A total of 18,084 schools are represented by 2,291 centers where SSC exams are being conducted.

Under the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board, 150,893 male students and 143,833 female students are taking the Dakhil exams. These students from 9,063 madrasas are participating at 725 centers.

Under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, 108,385 male students and 34,928 female students are sitting for the SSC and Dakhil Vocational exams.
