Thursday’s HSC exam postponed, too: Education adviser

The government has decided to postpone the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations scheduled for Thursday (July 24) in the face of student protests.

Education Adviser Prof Dr CR Abrar made the announcement at the Milestone School and College campus in Dhaka’s Diabari on Tuesday afternoon, July 22, Chief Adviser’s Press Wing said in a statement.

The adviser said new date of Thursday’s exam will be notified later, according to the statement.

Earlier, the HSC exam scheduled for today was also postponed.

The decisions come following a training aircraft of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) crashed on the Milestone School and College campus that claimed so far 31 lives, most of them students, and injured 165.
